frequently experience back pain. The most effective way to cope with chronic back pain is by making changes to your lifestyle. This can also help to prevent back problems from cropping up in the future. Make it a point to stay active, doing plenty of walking and hip circles. At the same time, you also need to be mindful of your posture, especially if you spend most of your day hunched in front of a computer at work. Try to take regular and frequent breaks just to walk about and stretch your legs and back. Being seated for long hours of the day without intervals has been shown to increase the risk not just of spinal problems, but also for lifestyle diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
